Scan the consent "Lab Request" QR code inside the box to register your test online and book your delivery.

• Unpack the kit, read the provided instructions carefully.
• Collect your sample.

• Remove the tube from the sample bag.
• Position the urine collection tube near your genital area.
• Allow the first stream of urine to pass into the tube until it is at least halfway filled.
• Once the tube is half full, direct the remaining urine into the toilet.

Sanitise testing area and hands.

Hold the tube upright and close the lid tightly.

Stick one barcode on the sample tube and the second barcode on the specimen bag as instructed in the video.

• Place urine tube back into the specimen bag and seal the bag without removing the absorption pad.
• Place the bag containing your urine collection tube back into the cardboard box provided.
• Seal the box using the security sticker provided.

• Place the test cardboard box into the prepaid provided envelope. Hand over the envelope to our Delivery Agent according to the booking you made when you first registered your test online and booked the delivery.

You will receive an email with your results within 48 hours after the laboratory receives your sample.
