Ready to register your sample for testing?

Please note that sample pickups can be booked anytime between 8 AM and 4 PM. Ensure you register your kit and book your delivery within these hours for a smooth and timely collection.

Step 1

Scan QR code outside the box that will take you to the Saliva Collection instructional video.

Step 2

Scan the consent "Lab Request" QR code inside the box to register your test online and book your delivery.

Step 3

Unpack the kit, read the provided instructions carefully.
Collect your sample.

Step 4

Rinse your mouth thoroughly with water.
30 minutes before collecting the saliva sample.

Step 5

Hold the collection tube funnel upright and deliver saliva into it.
Collect 3 ml of clear saliva (excluding bubbles).
Discard the funnel into a waste bin.

Step 6

Hold the tube upright and close the lid tightly.

Step 7

Stick one barcode on the sample tube and the second barcode on the specimen bag as instructed in the video.

Step 8

Place saliva collection tube back into the specimen bag and seal the bag without removing the absorption pad.
Place the bag containing your saliva collection tube back into the cardboard box provided.
Seal the box using the security sticker provided.

Step 9

Place the test cardboard box into the prepaid provided envelope. Hand over the envelope to our Delivery Agent according to the booking you made when you first registered your test online and booked the delivery.

Step 10

You will receive an email with your results within 48 hours after the laboratory receives your sample.
